The good news is, AUX7 is designed to not require much integration in order to be of benefit to you.
Since AUX7's main job is to assign projects to workers (those 'best' given a multitude of parameters), and then collect feedback from raters/judges and relay those back to workers, the actual deliverables or creative artifacts do not need to be transfered via our application. This means the actual files can continue to be shared using existing systems and infrastructure within the organization, while AUX7 simply sends notifications about their completion and provides mechanisms for workers to provide custom notes should they need to provide information about where on the company file system (or the cloud) their work can be found.
In summary, while future integration will make using AUX7 even more seamless, integration is not a necessary pre-condition to benefit from our technology.
The monthly fee per user in your organization depends on the size of your company. If you have 24 or fewer users, the monthly fee per user will be 19.99 USD; if your company has 25 or more users, the monthly fee per user will be a discounted 15.99 USD per month. All user accounts within your organization will have access to unlimited email and chat support.
Each user account within your organization will have 60 minutes of complimentary phone support per year. For organizations with 24 users or fewer, 20 hours of phone support will be allocated to the entire organization.
